Project Positions in Department of Remote Sensing Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, Ranchi

Applications are invited for One (1) post of JRF for the SKYMAP Global sponsored project: “SMG-BIT Agriculture Research Project”: PI - Dr. C. Jeganathan.

Above project will be executed in the Department of Remote Sensing, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. Appointment shall be made for a period of 1year.

Emoluments:

JRF: Rs. 25,000/- Consolidated per month

Educational Qualification:

M.Tech. in IT / Computer Science / Remote Sensing / MCA. / M.Sc in Remote Sensing/ Geoinformatics/ Earth Sciences with Ist class.

Essential requirements:

The candidate must have good programming skill in Python, C, C++.
The candidate should have knowledge of Image processing through programming.
